About Allye Ahrens

Allye is an Iowa City Native and Iowa Alumna – Go Hawks! She has lived in almost every City in the Corridor, having a deep understanding of our community's unique charm, all that it has to offer and has a passion for helping others find the perfect neighborhood to settling into a new home. 

Before becoming a Realtor, Allye graduated from The University of Iowa with a Communication Studies Degree and Business Management Certificate. She decided to pursue becoming a Realtor as she enjoys truly listening ,understanding and helping others. She strives in helping Sellers Market their property, whether it is enhancing their home with staging furniture or creating fun social media posts, she understands marketing your home is of the utmost importance. Aside from marketing, Allye enjoys assisting Buyers in their home search, specifically first time Home Buyers, as she feels she can be more approachable to this clientele who may be overwhelmed with the buying process.

Allye recently got married to her wonderful Husband, Andrew, who is also an Iowa City Native. Family is of the utmost importance to Allye; she is the youngest of three girls and her sisters are her best friends. One of the best titles she holds is "Aunt Allye", having 4 nieces and 2 nephews, they bring her so much joy and keep her on her feet. She is very energetic and would be happy to have the opportunity to assist you in anyway during the process of buying or selling your home.
