About Jill Armstrong

She is active in the community as a member of the Community Board for West Bank, a member of the 100+ Women Who Care, a local business partner with the Iowa Hawkeyes as well as many other community organizations. Jill has the needs of the community at heart.

Jill has three full-time licensed assistants, Marcy, Darci and Chris working with her to ensure each Seller and Buyer gets personalized service. Darci works as our operations coordinator, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Marcy is our market analysis specialist, researching data to help our Sellers determine the best price for their home. She also works on our social media presence to expand your market reach along with working with Buyers and Sellers. Chris is deeply rooted in the community and works closely with Buyers and Sellers as well.

We offer consistent feedback reporting with marketing activity, open houses, multi-color feature sheets displayed both outside and inside your home. We also market your home on multiple real estate websites and the Cedar Rapids/Eastern Iowa Airport. The team is actively involved in the community and supports so many organizations through sponsorships and community service events. Jill serves as a member on the Community Board for West Bank and is a proud member of the Hawkeye Business Partners.
