About Jill Armstrong

Jill has two full-time licensed assistants, Darci and Bridgit working with her to ensure each Seller and Buyer gets personalized service. Darci works as our operations coordinator, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She also works on our social media presence to expand your market reach along with working with Buyers and Sellers.  Bridgit is our market analysis specialist, researching data to help our Sellers determine the best price for their home. Bridgit also works closely with Buyers to assist them with streamlining the homebuying process.  

We offer consistent feedback reporting with marketing activity, open houses, as well as multi-color feature sheets displayed both outside and inside your home. We also market your home on multiple real estate websites and the Cedar Rapids/Eastern Iowa Airport. The team is actively involved in the community and supports so many organizations through sponsorships and community service events. Jill serves as a member on the Community Board for West Bank and is a proud member of the Hawkeye Business Partners.
